7. Limitation of Liability
ForgeTech’s liability is limited to:

- Claims made within one year of service completion

- Client’s failure to follow recommended security practices
- Data loss due to client actions or negligence
- Business interruption or lost profits
8. Warranties and Disclaimers
We Provide:

We Disclaim:
- Warranties of fitness for specific purposes
- Guarantees of uninterrupted service availability

9. Termination

Upon termination:
- Outstanding invoices remain due

These terms are governed by:
- Laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for KSA clients
- Laws of the United Arab Emirates for UAE clients
- Disputes resolved through arbitration in the relevant jurisdiction
11. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures due to:
- Natural disasters or extreme weather
- Government actions or regulatory changes
- Cyber attacks or security breaches beyond our control
- Pandemic-related restrictions or disruptions
12. Modifications

Continued use after modifications constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
13. Severability
If any provision is deemed invalid:
